Steve’s Steel… a media wrapper for my retirement!
I have spent 50 years in engineering, from scientific instruments that went to space to racing cars and boats I have spent my life making things [work]. The last ten years have been a bit of a wind down and a focus on ‘do what I like for people I like’ while I deal with stage 4 prostate cancer. At 52 I had a radical prostatectomy and now just 8 years later I find myself back to square one with prostate cancer. This time I don’t have a prostate so the cancer has found a new home in bone and lymphatic system.
As I write this in November 2025 I am preparing for the next course of treatment so I have to step back from supporting my fellow Range Rover L322 owners for a few months.
To keep my head straight I will continue to tinker on my YouTube channel and as I have just been appointed the position of Mid Wales Rep for the Range Rover Register I will invest some time in preparing events for the summer of 2026!
